By downloading or using Party Games, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

Party Games provides offline party games for groups. Games are played on a single device passed between players. No account or internet connection is required to play.

Use at your own discretion

• Play responsibly and in appropriate group settings.
• You are responsible for how the app is used in your group.
• Word lists and game content are provided for entertainment. Players may discuss or describe words during gameplay — that spoken content is created by players, not by Forever Studios.

No warranty

Party Games is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including content created by players during a session.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, code, and included word content are owned by Forever Studios or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as allowed by applicable law or App Store terms.

Updates

We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
