Overview

Party Games is an offline party game app. We designed it so you can play without creating an account, signing in, or connecting to the internet.

Data we collect

We do not collect personal data.

The app does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs that collect user information.

Data stored on your device

The following is stored locally on your device only using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults):

• Language preference (German or English)
• Favorite games
• Notification toggle setting
• Draft text for game suggestions (until you send it via email)

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share something (for example, via the share sheet or email).

Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app requests permission through iOS. We do not send push notifications from a server. Any future local reminders would be scheduled on your device only.

Third-party services

When you tap certain links in Settings, your device opens:

• Our website (foreverstudios.xyz) for legal pages
• The Mail app for feedback or game suggestions
• The iOS share sheet to invite friends

We do not receive data from these actions unless you send us an email.

Children

Party Games is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
