Forever Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Teachify mobile application (“Teachify” or the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Name (if provided via Apple Sign In or during sign-up)
• Authentication credentials managed through our authentication provider

Profile and teaching preferences

During onboarding and in Settings, you may provide:

• Country and state
• School type
• Subjects you teach
• Grade levels
• Teaching experience
• App language preference

Content you provide

When you use AI features, we process content you submit, such as:

• Text prompts and notes
• Uploaded PDFs and images
• YouTube video URLs (we may fetch publicly available transcripts to generate results)
• Generated worksheets, lesson plans, reviews, and related teaching materials

Subscription information

If you subscribe to Teachify Pro, subscription status is processed through Apple and RevenueCat. We receive entitlement status and related subscription metadata, not your full payment card details.

Feedback and support messages

If you send feedback, ideas, or support requests from the App, we collect the message content and associate it with your account when you are signed in.

Automatically collected information

We may collect limited technical information needed to operate the App, such as device type, operating system version, and basic diagnostic data from our service providers.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Personalize AI outputs to your teaching context
• Generate, save, and display teaching materials
• Process subscriptions and unlock premium features
• Respond to feedback and support requests
• Improve the App, fix bugs, and maintain security
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI Processing

Teachify uses third-party AI services to generate educational content based on your inputs. Content you submit may be transmitted to these providers for processing. Do not submit sensitive personal data about yourself or others unless necessary for your teaching task.

Generated outputs are provided for educational planning purposes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use in the classroom.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the App, including with:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and backend infrastructure
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store subscriptions
• AI service providers — processing prompts and uploaded content to generate results

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and our services.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and profile data while your account is active. Saved curricula and generated materials are stored in your account until you delete them or delete your account.

When you delete your account in the App, we delete your user account and associated profile data from our systems, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or backup purposes.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information in Settings
• Delete your account from Settings
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your data

7. Photo Library Access

The App may request access to your photo library so you can attach images as teaching material. We access only the photos you choose to upload. You can revoke this permission in your device settings at any time.

8. Children

Teachify is intended for teachers and other adult education professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised policy.
