ForeverProject – Ticket & Entry Policy
Approval-Based Ticketing
All ticket requests are subject to individual review. By submitting a request, you authorize a temporary hold to be placed on your payment method. No charge is made until your request is approved. Upon approval, payment is processed and your ticket is confirmed. If your request is declined, the hold will be released within a few business days and no payment will be taken.
No Refunds
All tickets are strictly non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that refunds will not be issued for any reason, including personal circumstances or changes in schedule.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that ForeverProject cancels an event, we will make reasonable efforts to offer ticket holders options such as a transfer to a future event or a refund, at our discretion and subject to applicable law. We are not liable for any indirect costs incurred.
Door Selection
Holding a confirmed ticket does not guarantee entry. ForeverProject reserves the right to refuse entry at the door. We ask that all guests arrive dressed appropriately for a night out and present themselves with respect and good manners. We are KindPeopleOnly – we want kind people who genuinely want to be there. If you show up appropriate, you have nothing to worry about.
Payment Processing & Chargebacks
All payments are processed via Stripe. Initiating a chargeback or dispute against a valid transaction is considered a breach of this policy and may result in being permanently excluded from future ForeverProject events.
Acknowledgment
By requesting or purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full.
